Mediterranean Masterpiece

The structural elements were beautiful in this family room; it just needed some warmth and comfortable furnishings so this vacation home could truly be called a retreat.  Green accents pulled from the adjacent kitchen granite countertop were used throughout while gold and red tones become the basis for this room’s color palette.  We used traditional styling coupled with some Mediterranean influences to give the client’s the casual California style they desired.

The only unchanged item in this kitchen is the granite countertop. New wood flooring that contrasts dramatically with the newly refinished white kitchen cabinets (refinished not replaced –money saver!). Also, new pendant light fixtures, crown moulding and a rounded glass-top bar area was added for additional seating. Simply chic and fabulous!
